Return & Refund Policy

Dear customer, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with every product you purchase from us.                  

However we have a No Return & No Refund Policy,

We do not accept returns after a customer finalize a purchase and goods are shipped for the destination.

We do not provide compensation also.

Therefore customers are requested to place their orders carefully.

However, the replacement request can be raised, and the replacement and the refund will be entertained under the following conditions:

In Case of a Faulty Product under Warranty:

Your product is under Warranty, you are entitled to get the replacement of the said product.

Your replacement will be dispatched within 48 working hours of the returned goods received back in our warehouse.

In Case of a Faulty Product Not Under Warranty:

In case of a product complaint not under warranty your request will be forwarded to the concerned company. After that the sole discretion lies with the company and their batch report analysis.

(Also note: As a consumer you are protected under Consumer Protection Act and can seek redressal for the same.)

In case the Parcel is damaged in Transit at the Time of Receipt (Delivery of such Order to be refused at Doorstep):

Your product will be replaced free of cost if the parcel is damaged in transit, Please refuse to accept the parcel & mention remarks on the courier receipt as damaged parcel and raise the request on the portal.

Further, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 working hours of the returned goods received back in our warehouse.

However, full refund (including the shipping/freight charges), if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.

In case Wrong Product Delivered:

If Wrong Size or Wrong Product delivered, the order will be replaced free of cost. In that case, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 working hours of the returned order received.

However, full refund (including the shipping/freight charges), if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.

In case, not want to wait for the order re-shipment and wants to cancel the order, shipping/freight charges will be deducted.

In case the Order is cancelled Before Dispatch:

In case the order is cancelled before dispatch, full refund will be made.

In case the Order is placed by Mistake or Fault:

In case the order is placed and received by mistake or fault, the customer will have to bear the entire shipping cost for the replacement of the order.
